Playing Catch Up - February

OK folks. My blogger guilt is weighing me down. The more I slack off, the harder it is to get going. But I'm going to try to post at least occasionally. I feel bad about all the time I've missed though, so I'm going to do some quick catching up, month by month.

February...hmm, I don't actually remember much about February. Snow, school, Valentine's Day, more snow. But here's a few pics from that month.

Nothing says "I love you" and "Happy Valentine's Day" like heart shaped food.

Amanda was hard at work practicing her writing. Here's an example of how she can write her little brother's name, ON her little brother.

February also brought crazy hair day at the elementary school. I think this is supposed to be a fun thing for the kids, but for Caleb it resulted in tears and trauma. I gooed up his hair into what I thought was a rather impressive collection of spikes, but when he saw it he cried about how stupid he looked and how the other kids would laugh at him. Sigh. Eventually I was able to appease him with a simple mohawk do.
