Playing Catch Up - May

May was a pretty busy month for us, with all of the end-of-school activities as well as the end of the baseball season.

Joshua and Amanda's preschool graduation.

Of course it wouldn't be spring without T-ball games.

Amanda had her end-of-year dance recital. They had little cat ears and tails and danced to "Stray Cat Strut." So cute!

The baseball season came to a rather bittersweet end when our Broncos finished second at the state tournament. They had a great season though and Bill was proud of all the players.

Ahhh, spring!

May also brought sadness with the passing of my uncle Henry Barnes (my mother's brother). My grandpa died at the beginning of the year, so it was unfortunate that we had to bury another loved one so soon. Henry will certainly be missed by many.

At the funeral with four of my five sisters (Me, Erin, Amber, and Polly)

My sweet grandma with Henry's children: Ryan, Kensley, and Tassma
